Magic Cellars Events & Experiences
When you sign up for our mailing list and/or WhatsApp broadcast list, you agree to receiving information about our events.
The Magic Cellars events calendar is subject to change without prior notice and as per our schedule and logistics.
You will be informed of any such changes a week in advance in case you have signed up for the event. If you have not signed up for any event, you shall not be informed of any changes.
Seats to our events can only be confirmed upon receiving 100% payment from your end.
In case of changes or cancellations of events from our end, we shall issue a full refund of the ticket price.
In case of event cancellation or changes from your end, the ticket may be transferred by you to someone else. You shall inform us of the same, including providing the name and contact number of the person(s) to whom the ticket(s) have been transferred.
In case you are unable to transfer the ticket(s) and have canceled at least 7 days prior to the event, we can issue a full credit to you, which you may use against any future events.
Any cancellations from your end within less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the event will attract a 50% cancellation fee, and 50% will be issued as a credit to be used against any future events.
No shows or cancellations within 48 hours before the event will attract a 100% cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to admission to our events.
Persons only above 25 years of age can participate in our events.

The membership fee is only towards becoming a member of the wine club / wine concierge service which, ONLY includes seeking our expert wine recommendations.
When you sign up as a member, you agree to receive wine recommendations from us every month.
The membership fee does NOT include any wine or wine accessories unless stated otherwise as part of our promotions or referral programs.
Free goodies with our promotions and referral programs are available only while stocks last.
All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
You may cancel your membership at any point, and the cancellation becomes applicable once your current membership plan expires.
All members must be 25 years or older to browse our website & become members of the wine club.
You will be asked to submit age proof at the time of completing your membership formalities, which includes a call with our expert sommeliers. This age proof will be stored with us for future reference.
If you are found to be under 25 years during the above-mentioned formalities, your membership will be canceled with immediate effect, and any payments made towards the membership will be refunded within 15 days to the mode of payment.
